My name is Antoinette and I am a trained therapist with a passion to facilitate and support my clients toward inner healing, freedom and transformation.
I have always had a curiosity for the deeper meanings in life and remember even as a child searching for the answers to life’s problems. I made it my life’s conquest to search for truths in the areas of emotional healing from trauma, grief or any type of human suffering.
I have by no means arrived, however I have a vast experience and reservoir within me from the many years of both my own personal challenges and triumphs and the years I spent studying different counselling and emotional healing modalities.
When we have tried all we can to ‘fix’ our problems (usually from the outside in) and nothing seems to be improving, support is often required to achieve a breakthrough in what I refer to as ‘inner healing’.
There is no shame in seeking support, it is one of the bravest and wisest decisions you could make for both yourself and those around you. I’m here to help sift through the rubble that may be hiding your true identity.
I’m so passionate about my identity work as my hope for my clients is that they will walk out knowing without a doubt the truth of both their divine worth and powerful influence in the world around them. I am committed to my clients, and have invested my life to the worthy cause of seeing, and being a part of, lives healed and transformed.
I believe I can provide my clients with a safe place to be vulnerable, a professional and comfortable environment and a unique approach that considers the whole person, body, mind and spirit.
I am open minded and believe in the Supernatural. I have done a lot of my own ‘work’ and believe I have found my life’s purpose, my gifts and talents, which mostly involve supporting individuals to know who they are, why they’re here and how to untangle from the webs of life that we can often find ourselves in.

Gestalt is a German word meaning ‘whole’. Our body, emotions, sensations, thoughts, perceptions and experiences, together represent the ‘whole’ person that we are. A core concept of Gestalt therapy is that we ‘creatively adjust’ or adapt to our life circumstances. This can result in us developing habitual behaviour that is not in our awareness, and can affect our capacity to function effectively and flexibly, preventing us from fully experiencing and enjoying our lives.
Gestalt therapy is a humanistic therapy technique that focuses on gaining an awareness of emotions and behaviors in the present rather than in the past. The therapist does not interpret experiences for the patient. Instead, the therapist and patient work together to help the patient understand him/herself. This type of therapy focuses on experiencing the present situation rather than talking about what occurred in the past. Patients are encouraged to become aware of immediate needs, meet them, and let them recede into the background. The well-adjusted person is seen as someone who has a constant flow of needs and is able to satisfy those needs.
Gestalt therapy focuses on process (what is actually happening) over content (what is being talked about). The emphasis is on what is being done, thought, and felt at the present moment (the phenomenality of both client and therapist), rather than on what was, might be, could be, or should have been.
Gestalt therapy is a method of awareness practice, by which perceiving, feeling, and acting are understood to be conducive to interpreting, explaining, and conceptualizing. The client learns to become aware of what he or she is doing and that triggers the ability to risk a shift or change.
The objectives of Gestalt therapy:
Enable the client to become more fully and creatively alive
Become free from the blocks and unfinished business that may diminish satisfaction, fulfillment, and growth
Primary focus of Gestalt therapy is to increase self-awareness
Gestalt therapy relies on the contact between therapist and client, and because a relationship can be considered to be contact over time, Gestalt therapy can be considered a relational or interpersonal approach.
Matrix therapies (explores and clears negative influences of the subconscious mind)
Matrix Therapies is based on the concept that it is important to clear negative emotions and beliefs that surround events from the past, in order to change behaviour patterns in the present.
There are number of emotional techniques that help people with past negative emotions and beliefs. What makes Matrix Therapies different is its ability to clear complex structures of emotions and beliefs at the one time.
Matrix Therapies provide a deep sense of resolution, a profound understanding of yourself and others, as well as, the necessary creative resources that allow you to access the genius within.

In addition to my formal training I have also worked for the last 17 years in the Community Service sector.
I have been employed in the areas of Nursing, Disability, Aged Care, Drug and Alcohol, Youth Work, Mental Health and Homelessness.
This has given me a variety of experience with people of all ages and backgrounds, I believe enabling me to have a huge amount of experience in assisting people back into emotional well-being and alignment.
